Easy Apple Butter
|Apples||4 Pound, stemmed and quartered (Well Flavored)|
|Cider/Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||3 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook apples in cider or water until soft.
To each cup of pulp add 1/2 cup sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture sheets from spoon.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Store in cool dry place
