Mussels In Lemon & Butter Dipping

I don't how to describe it, all I know it's delicious. Try it by yourself and enjoy the delicate taste.
Ingredients
  Mussels 1 Kilogram
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Ground mixed pepper seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Chili 2 , seeded, chopped
  Fresh ginger 25 Gram, chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Kaffir lime 2 , chopped
  Broth cube 1⁄4 (Classic Flavor)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Potato starch 1 Teaspoon
  Water 150 Milliliter
Directions

Clean and steam mussels for 15min, aside prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a sauce pan, add garlic and ginger, after 2min add all other ingredients and cook for 5min.

Serve the dipping in a small cup or pour over the mussels to taste.
