Peanut Butter Fudge
|Light brown sugar||1 Pound|
|Granulated sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Smooth peanut butter||8 Ounce|
Dissolve brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar with milk.
Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water (234-240° on candy thermometer).
Add cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water.
Take immediately from the stove and beat well.
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
