Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Pint, whipped
  Graham cracker crust 1 (9 Inch)
  Finely chopped peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Beat in peanut butter and sugar slowly and add milk, blending thoroughly.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Freeze until firm and serve.
This recipe can also be placed in parfait glasses.
