Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Set aside.
Measure cereal and milk into large mixing bowl.
Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal softens.
Add peanut butter and egg.
Beat well.
Stir in flour mixture.
Spread batter evenly in greased 9 x 5 x 3 in. (23 x 13 x 8 cm) loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) about 1 hour or until done.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
