This Apricot Apple Butter tastes incredible ! Try this spiced fruity butter as a dessert filling or as a spread.Come back to tell me how you liked having this Apricot Apple Butter.
  Dried apricots 12 Ounce (Two 6 Ounce Packages)
  Apple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apples 2 1⁄2 Pound, pared, cored and cut in eighths (About 10 Apples)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash

1. Combine ingredients in a 4-quart glass bowl. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 15 to 18 minutes at High, or until apples are soft; stir every 5 minutes.
2. Puree fruit mixture in blender or food processor. Return to glass bowl. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 15 minutes at High, or until thick; stir 4 times. Put fruit butter into hot sterilized jars; cover. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
