Homemade Clarified Butter

Another essential harvest eating tip for you - how to make clarified butter. It is a very handy thing to have in kitchen because it can take the heat when you want to sauté.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (No Salted)
Directions

Heat a skillet and add some organic non-salted butter to the skillet. The butter should be at room temperature.

Melt the butter and the milk solids in the butter will start to float. Use a large spoon to remove those floating milk solids.

Take a small strainer and line it with a paper towel or a cheese cloth and strain the clarified butter through it.

Most of the milk solids will be removed by straining.

So this is clarified butter and its great to cook with it.
