Refrigerator Apple Butter

Ingredients
  Tart apples 2 Medium
  Artificial sweetener To Taste (To Equal 6 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Powdered cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Pare, core and quarter apples.
Combine in blender with water, sweetener and spices.
Blend till mixture is smooth.
Cook over low heat till thickened, approximately 45 minutes.
In blender container, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water.
Transfer boiling apple mixture to blender; puree.
Store in refrigerator, evenly divided into 4 small jars.
