These Butter Mints are so tasty. I love the soft buttery feel of these flavorful mints when I have them after dinner. Just try these Butter Mints yourself and let me know if you like them.
|Powdered sugar||1 Pound (1 Box)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Hot water||10 Teaspoon (1/4 Cup Minus 2 Teaspoon)|
Cream all ingredients together adding powdered sugar to right consistency for handling.
Roll into small balls, flatten with fork and chill.
