Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped peanuts/Pecans||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Powdered sugar||16 Ounce, sifted (1 Package)|
|Crunchy peanut butter||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||12 Ounce (2 Packages)|
Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring well.
Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
Combine chocolate morsels and shortening in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Dip each peanut butter ball into chocolate mixture.
Place on wax paper to cool.
Store in refrigerator.
