Peanut Butter Snaps

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter; gradually add sugars, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, mixing well.
Combine flour, soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, and beat until smooth.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; chill dough at least 1 hour.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cookies cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.
Cool on wire racks.
