Cauliflower With Lemon Butter
|Cauliflower head||1 Large, washed and broken into flowerets|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
Cook cauliflower, covered, in boiling salted water 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender but still firm.
Blend butter or margarine with lemon juice and capers.
Put hot cauliflower into a serving dish; pour sauce over top and sprinkle with chopped parsley and chives, if desired.
