Moselem Springs Apple Butter! A yummy and wonderful fruit butter which is also my children's favorite! You simply have to try this lovely Moselem Springs Apple Butter, I am sure you will love it!
Ingredients
  Tart apples 6 Pound (16 Medium Sized)
  Water 2 Quart
  Apple cider 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and cut the apples into small pieces.
(There should be about 4 quarts.) Cover with the water in a large kettle and cook, covered, until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
Press through a coarse sieve or food mill to remove skins and seeds.
Bring cider to boiling in a heavy saucepot; stir in the apple pulp and sugar.
Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Reduce heat and cook slowly until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Blend in a mixture of the spices and continue cooking until apple butter is of spreading consistency.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal
