Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1 Medium
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Parker house rolls/Hamburger buns 2
Directions

Mash banana.
Add peanut butter and lemon juice.
Spread butter on rolls or buns, top with filling.
