Orange Butter

Cream together 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel, and 3 tablespoons orange juice until butter is softened.
Beat rapidly so that juice will be readily blended with the butter.
Add 6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar while continuing to beat.
Chill thoroughly.
Orange Butter can be stored for days in the refrigerator.
