Today I am going to show you how to prepare healthy vine leaves stuffed with rice.
Take vine leaves, boil them for a few minutes.
For stuffing, we use rice, meat (90% turkey meat or chicken and mix it with veal meat(10%)), and a few spices.
Fry the meat, add rice to it.
Add black pepper, English pepper, a bit of nutmeg and salt to it.
Cook them for a few minutes.
Start to stuff the leaves. Roll them up, put them in a pot.
Add water to the pot. Cook until rice is cooked through.
Squeeze lemon to it.
