Shrimp and andoulie sausage are cooked separately in a skillet and served over Asiago grits.

Cook cheese grits and mix browned sausages in it. Bake it to make a sausage cheese grit casserole. In the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over grit and bake until golden brown. It’s simple, easy and tastes great.
