Sushi Cottage Cheese And Turkey Breast

using the technique of sushi

Ingredients:

2 slices of breast peu
3 spoons (soup) of cottage cheese
1 slice of bread shelled
Grated carrot and cucumber to taste
Tanaka Gohan (rice seasoning)
Bamboo mat for sushi
Rolling pin
Knife

Preparation:

Place the seasoned rice on the slice of bread and pass the drumstick to leave it quite thin.
Place the slice with the reversed side of the bamboo mat.
Arrange cheese, turkey breast, grated carrot and cucumber, and with his hands, wrap the ends, forming a roll.
With a knife cut in the shape of sushi.

Tip:
Vary the filling with cheese, tuna, salmon or ham. Yield: 4 units l Preparation time: 15 minutes

Chocolate Sushi

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp (tablespoons) cream hazelnut
• 4 chocolate type Bis
• 1 slice of bread shelled

Preparation:

Grind the chocolate with your hands. Place a few pieces on the slice of bread,
then pass the rolling pin on top to make it quite thin.
Place the slice with the reversed side of the bamboo mat.
Spread the hazelnut cream and remaining chocolate and crushed with your hands, roll the ends to form a roll.
With a knife-shaped sushi.

Tip:

If desired, add strips of mango or strawberry or replace by Brigadier stuffing spoon.
Yield: 4 units l Preparation time: 15 minutes
