Danish Chefs Going Back To Basics

The birth of Danish world-class cuisine came after Danish chefs rediscovered the abundance in the Nordic nature. Instead of copying French or Japanese cuisine, the chefs now started to go in to their backyards and forests to see what the local environment had to offer. Adding their own creativity, they created dishes, you can't get anywhere else in the world. Torsten Schmidt from Århus is one of those chefs.
