American Corn: 4 to 5 pieces,

Green chilly paste: 1 teaspoon,

Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon,

Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon,

Oil: 2 table spoon,

Lemon syrup: half  lemon,

Salt: as per taste,

Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon,

Milk: 1 litre,

Method: First grate the corn and then heat the oil in a pan. Wait till the oil pops up. Then add garlic, ginger, and green chilly paste, stir till it becomes soft and brown in colour. Next add grated corn paste and cook for a couple of minutes. Add milk and simmer for 5- 6 minutes. Add salt, garam masala powder and lemon syrup and stir the mixture for 10 minutes. Within 15 to 17 minutes, spicy corn is ready to eat. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
