Swedish Meatball

Swedish Meatballs are one of the popular dishes served in Swedish cuisine, made with meat, especially beef or a combination of beef and pork, breadcrumbs and onions. The mix is made into a ball and soaked in milk before frying. Swedish meatballs are generously seasoned using white pepper, all spices etc. Traditional way of serving Swedish meatballs is in a gravy base, along with boiled potatoes, jam and pickled vegetables.
