Stegt Flæsk is a popular fried bacon dish from Denmark. This dish is also known as “Pork Strips” or “Crisp Fried Pork Slices”. Preparation of the Crisp Fried Pork Strips
Traditionally, this dish is prepared with the cuts of pork from the breast and belly regions of the pig. Around ½ inch thick strips are cut and then deep fried. Boiled potatoes are cut into halves and served with parsley sauce with the fried bacon strips.
