Dutch Baby Pancake

Dutch Baby Pancake, otherwise referred to as the German pancake, is a sweet pancake variety mostly served for breakfast, made with eggs, flour, milk, sometimes sugar and flavored with vanilla, cinnamon etc. Tasting similar to Yorkshire pudding, Dutch baby pancake is often baked and not pan-fried. Reserved for some special day dinners and breakfasts, Dutch baby pancake can also be made into a dessert when served it with cooked apples, peaches or other fruits. Butter along with a slice of lemon and powdered sugar is the best accompaniment to go with Dutch baby pancake, with a variety of fruit and syrup topping.
