Barbecued Polish Sausages
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Red wine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Polish sausages||1 Pound|
|German mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Rye bread slice||10|
Pour water and red wine into a heavy based saucepan or flameproof casserole, bring to the boil.
Add sausages and simmer gently for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Drain and cool sausages.
Place on barbecue and turning frequently, cook for 15-20 minutes until evenly brown.
