Apple Meringue Pie
|Sweetened applesauce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baked cheese pastry shell||1|
|Confectioner sugar||3 Tablespoon|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 325F degrees
2.Combine applesauce and nutmeg.
3.Turn into pastry shell.
4.Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in sugar and vanilla.
5.Cover applesauce and bake in a slow oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
6.Serve with ice cream
