Old Fashioned Beef Stroganoff
|Beef round steak||2 Pound|
|Button mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Beef bouillon||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slice beef into very thin slices about 2 inches long.
Place beef in casserole and add water, mushrooms with juice, bouillon and salt.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180Â°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Combine flour with enough water to make a paste.
Stir into beef mixture and cook on high (9) for 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and serve.
