|Smoked whole cod roe||1 Pound, casing removed|
|Cream cheese||1 Pound, softened|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and pounded|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine cod roe, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper.
Process just until smooth.
With motor running, pour olive oil and heavy cream through the tube until just blended.
