Swiss Cheese Pie

Swiss Cheese Pie has a Pungent taste. The concoction of White Sauce, heavy cream, eggs, and cheese with Nutmeg and Salt and pepper gives the Swiss Cheese Pie Ostentatious taste.
Ingredients
  Pate brisee 1
  White sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Heavy cream 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Grated gruyere cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Make pastry; chill as long as possible.
Line 9-inch pie plate.
Make White Sauce; add all other ingredients.
Season to taste; pour into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven 25 minutes.
