Chilled Danish Pudding
|Crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs), dried|
|Tart jam||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Add sugar to the crumbs and heat in a slow oven until they are very dry
3.Later cool and mix with any kind of jam, preferably a tart jam like apricot or plum.
4.Mold and chill.
5.Serve with ice cream
Crumble bits of graham or rye bread to make fine crumbs
