Peach Meringue

This peach meringue recipe is a cooked peach meringue made with gelatin and vanilla along with peach flavored ice cream. Combined together and molded by freezing, the peach meringues are best served with fresh peach slices on it.
Ingredients
  Gelatin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Peach ice cream scoop 1
Directions

MAKING
1.Soak the gelatin in the cold water and dissolve it in the boiling water.
2.Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
3.Add the cream.
4.When it begins to thicken, pour slowly over the beaten whites of eggs and continue beating until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
5.Add vanilla.
6.Line a round mold with frozen peach ice-cream and fill the center with the meringue.
7.Pack in ice and salt, and let stand three to four hours, or pack and freeze in the trays of the mechanical refrigerator.
SERVING
8.Serve with cream or cheese
