Swedish Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  Mixed cooked seafood 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chopped
  Diced cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onions/Chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped sour pickled cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato 1 , diced and drained
  Oil and vinegar dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Toss the first six ingredients together and cover with a mixture of dressing and mustard.
Stir lightly and taste for seasoning.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Drain and pile mixture in the centre of an oval platter.
Surround with shredded lettuce and garnish with sliced radishes' and hard cooked eggs.
Pass with a bowl of mayonnaise.
