Celeriac Puree

Celeriac Puree is easy to cook. The Mustart and onion combine with pepper and salt to give the Celeriac Puree a perfect taste.
Ingredients
  Finely sliced celeriac 1 Pound
  Finely sliced onions 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the celeriac and onions in a dish and season with salt and pepper.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Cover and micro wave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Stir, cover again and cook for a further 5 minutes on HIGH.
Remove the dish from the oven and leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Puree the mixture in a food processor, adding the mustard.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
This puree is the perfect accompaniment to any kind of game, particularly venison.
