|Finely sliced celeriac||1 Pound|
|Finely sliced onions||1⁄2 Pound|
Put the celeriac and onions in a dish and season with salt and pepper.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Cover and micro wave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Stir, cover again and cook for a further 5 minutes on HIGH.
Remove the dish from the oven and leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Puree the mixture in a food processor, adding the mustard.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
This puree is the perfect accompaniment to any kind of game, particularly venison.
