Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown bread 1
Directions

MAKING
1.On thin slices of Boston brown bread, spread the cream cheese
2.Place the olives and pimientos mixed with mayonnaise dressing on the thins slices of bread
3.Press together in pairs with a crisp lettuce leaf between

SERVING
4.Serve with a sauce of your choice
