Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shallots 2 , coarsely chopped
  Dry basil/1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped 1 Teaspoon
  Dry marjoram/0.75 teaspoon fresh marjoram, chopped 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chervil 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Belgian endive head 4
Directions

Combine all ingredients except endive in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 days.
Morning before serving, separate and rinse endive leaves and assemble platter.
Reserve some dip for refills.
Cover platter with plastic wrap and chill.
