Ingredients
  Sharp cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Melt cheese with butter in double boiler
2.Mix mustard and cornstarch, moisten with milk and add with remaining ingredients except toast
3.Cook until thickened
SERVING
4.Serve hot over toast
