Russian Pork Chop Casserole
|Diced potatoes||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced button mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Pork loin chops||4|
|Sour cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Creme Fraiche)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Put the potatoes, onions and mushrooms in a bowl with the butter and cook on HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring twice.
Season with the garlic salt.
Heat a browning dish for 6-8 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Add the chops and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Turn and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Pour over the potato mixture and the cream.
Cover and heat on HIGH for 5-6 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley
