Horseradish Sauce

Chef Keith Snow creates a Horseradish sauce that goes well with his Standing Rib Roast video.
  Horseradish 1
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon (organic valley)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (maille)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Drop (lea perrins)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

1. Using a vegetable peeler, peel a horseradish and grate it finely.
2. Chop the shavings very finely using a sharp knife and keep in a bowl.
3. Add in sour cream, Dijon mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and salt.
4. Stir well to mix them up.

5. Serve with rib roast or as desired.
