Chef Keith Snow creates a Horseradish sauce that goes well with his Standing Rib Roast video.
3 Tablespoon (organic valley)
1⁄2 Teaspoon (maille)
2 Drop (lea perrins)
1. Using a vegetable peeler, peel a horseradish and grate it finely.
2. Chop the shavings very finely using a sharp knife and keep in a bowl.
3. Add in sour cream, Dijon mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and salt.
4. Stir well to mix them up.
Be it rib roast or roast beef, nothing really adds to the flavor and texture of meaty dishes than horseradish sauce. Slightly piquant and extremely flavorful, Chef Keith Snow shows how you can whip up this classic meat-dish accompaniment at home in a few simple steps.
