Aioli

Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Egg yolks 2
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim, crush and peel the garlic; pulverize.
Add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
Using a wire whisk, beat in the olive oil, drop by drop, until the sauce is the consistency of mayonnaise.
Stir in the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve with fish, cold meats or with raw vegetables as a dip.
