|Beef||1 Pound, chopped|
|Pork||1 Pound, chopped|
|Veal||1 Pound, chopped|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||1 (Whole Ones)|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix and roll into small balls.
Mix butter and 3 T. oil to fry after rolling in sugar.
Bake covered at 325 Â° for about 1/2 hour.
Remove casserole from oven.
Blend in 1/2 cup sour cream, small amount at a time.
Keep warm until served.
