Szekely Goulash

Ingredients
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , seeded, thinly sliced
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sauerkraut 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (If Desired)
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Rub meat with vinegar and let stand.
Melt fat and.brown meat on all sides add pepper and water and simmer for 45 minutes
Add sauerkraut, tomato paste, caraway seeds, arid salt if necessary mix well Cover and continue to simmer, add stock as gravy evaporates a little at a time.
When meat is tender, add cream.
Serve with boiled potatoes
