Chicken Livers Stroganoff

Chicken Livers Stroganoff is a wonderful liver preparation that is perfect for parties. I served this dish to my guests last week and it was an immediate hit! Try this Chicken Livers Stroganoff recipe at your home.
  Frozen chicken livers 8 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), cut into 1 inch strips
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  English muffins 4 , split and toasted
  Paprika To Taste

Brown livers, green pepper, onion and tarragon in butter until tender.
Blend in soup, sour cream, sherry and seasonings.
Heat, stirring now and then.
Serve over english muffins or rice.
Sprinkle with paprika
