Nutmeg Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
  Round steak 3 Pound
  Pork 2 Pound
  Veal 1 Pound
  Potatoes 2 Large, riced
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Zwieback 6 , ground (Plain Variety)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Ginger 1 Dash
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Grind meats together twice.
Combine all ingredients except flour and milk.
Roll into small balls.
Roll in flour.
Brown and cover with milk.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
