Spiced Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Crackers 10
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine meats, finely crushed crackers, sugar, allspice, salt and pepper.
Beat eggs well; add cream.
Add to meat mixture and mix well.
Heat cooking oil in frying pan; brown meatballs.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
