|Beef round steak||2 Pound (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Stalk celery||1 , chopped|
|Carrots||2 , pared and chopped|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated processed american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
Dredge in flour mixed with salt; place in crock pot.
Add chopped vegetables and worcestershire sauce.
Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
