Baked Fish Russian Style

Ingredients
  Fish 1 (Whole Or Filleted)
  Caviar 3 Tablespoon (Red Or Black)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

One small fish or two fillets need 3 tablespoons caviar, 1 beaten egg, enough flour to hold the mixture together and seasoned with salt and pepper and a tablespoon of sour cream.
Fill the fish and sew it up or spread mixture in between two fillets and hold steady with skewers.
Bake slowly until fish is done Spread a little sour cream over the'fish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Sliced mushrooms, sauteed, may be used in lieu of caviar.
