|Beef round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Diced celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned beef gravy||10 Ounce|
Cut steak into four serving pieces.
Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
Mix celery, onion and green pepper; place about 1/2 cup mixture on each piece of meat.
Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks.
Wipe beef rolls with paper towels.
Place in crock pot.
Pour gravy evenly over steaks to thoroughly moisten.
Cover crock pot and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Skim off fat before serving.
