Chicken And Grapes

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 2 , cut into pieces
  Scallions 3 , chopped
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless white grapes 3 Ounce
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in a skillet.
Add chicken and brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer chicken to a casserole.
Add scallions to the skillet and cook until browned.
Add wine and heat.
Pour over the chicken.
Cover.
Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
Remove cover.
Add grapes and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
