Western Omelette

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 4 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 4 Tablespoon
  Minced cooked ham 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Beat-eggs slightly, add milk and pepper.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet and saute lightly-the green pepper and onions add-.chopped ham and cook 1 minute longer
Add egg-mixture and cook over low heat, moving the cooked portion occasionally to allow uncooked to run underneath.
When omelet is set, increase heat slightly to brown under surface.
Cut edges at center of omelet and fold.
Serve immediately with parsley.
