Dutch Stewed Potatoes
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Diced raw potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook onion 5 minutes in hot butter in a large skillet.
Add potatoes and a mixture of salt, pepper, and parsley.
Pour in boiling water and cook covered until tender, about 20 minutes.
Blend water and flour.
Stir into mixture in skillet, bring to boiling and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
