Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes (Chuck Or Round)
  Fat/Drippings 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 4 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Water/Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cracked bone 1
Directions

Place meat, drippings, onion, and garlic in cooker and brown lightly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to 15 lbs.pressure and cook 20 minutes.
Remove bone before serving.
Serve hot.
